FAQs
FlynnStone Decorative Concrete
Have a concrete-related question? We have the answer! Check out our FAQs below to learn more about our company and services.
What are polished concrete and sealed concrete?
Polished concrete removes whatever was there previously (carpet, tile, glue, sealant) and we hone it up with different grit until a final guard is applied to protect the concrete floor. A grind and seal is a topical application that is cheaper but requires more maintenance.
For expert concrete polishing services, turn to Flynnstone Decorative Concrete. We look forward to working with you!
What is the process for getting my garage flake floor done?
We install 100% Polyaspartic Flooring. This is a one-day system:
- Grind the floor and prep the walls and driveway.
- Apply base coat with the color and flake broadcast of the customer's choice
- A couple of hours later, we check the quality and scrap the excess off
- Seal the flooring
